Panthers Basketball Dedicates Game to Morgan's Message
Last week, the Basketball team dedicated one of their home games in memory of Morgan Rodgers and Morgan's Message. Morgan was a Duke lacrosse player who tragically took her own life in 2019, which led her family and friends to create a non-profit organization in her honor that spreads awareness concerning athletes' mental health.
To mark this important occasion, Ella Delatush '25, Kayle Brody '25, Anne Rojack '26, Lucilia Manwaring '28, and Annabella Schultz '28, spent nearly 30 hours hand making t-shirts for the basketball team to wear during the dedication game's warmup.
We thank the entire Basketball team for this inspiring reminder of the importance of supporting one's teammates and maintaining mental health in all aspects of life.
